Pictures of the New Verizon Droid Pictures

As i covered earlier, the new ad is out for the Verizon Droid, but the ad lacks one feature: actual Verizon Droid pictures.
The Verizon Droid started its naming cycle as the Motorola Sholes/Tao, and some pictures do exist of the phone, be it possibly in testing versions. The pictures show the obvious things like the slideout keyboard, but they also show an iPhone sized phone with a screen to match.
The first Verizon Droid picture above shows Droid possibly running Android 1.6 vs the Android 2.0 it will ship with. The pictures below (one viaBGR ) clearly show Android 2.0 running on the phone. The last picture we’re not sure: the buttons at the base don’t match the other shots, meaning that it could be a prototype or artist rendering. However, the keyboard layout seems correct.
